As I prepare my calendars for mailing...FSBO (For Sale By Owner) properties are where I will start applying the information from my reading. I have scouted out several and will contact them tomorrow. My initial impression is that I can help them with their moving goals in a timely manner. How easy or how difficult that will be remains to be seen. I will however, decide right now that this will be easy as I am offering to help, that's all, just to help.
It is really cold in Memphis, low 20's and a high tomorrow of low 30's. I made it out today to a listing appointment. They have to do a little fix-up and then we will get it on the market. My Blakewood seller agreed to a price reduction and we resolved the key issue from last week-sorry agent who tried to show it.
I better get moving, don't want my hand to cramp.
